Meghan Markle has given birth to a “bouncy baby boy” with Prince Harry by her side in the early hours of this morning.
The Duchess of Sussex has given birth to a “very healthy baby boy”.
The as yet unnamed Baby Sussex was delivered at 5.26am and weighed 7lb 3oz.
A visibly overjoyed Prince Harry delivered the news outside Windsor Castle this afternoon and praised Meghan.
With a big smile on his face the Duke of Sussex said: “It was amazing, absolutely incredible.
“I’m so incredibly proud of my wife.”
Tributes came flooding in from the Prime Minister Theresa May, the Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Whelby, and Labour Leader Jeremy Corbyn.
The news was also beamed out from the top of the BT Tower in London.
